Possible to transfer out of ChatKitty if necessary?

My team is considering ChatKitty to handle our in-app chat. However, we have concerns that if we ever decide to use another solution or roll out our own, that we will have trouble transferring message data from ChatKitty’s database.

So is there a way to get chat data so we could transfer out of ChatKitty if we have to?
