Cannot debug the solution on the client end, for a number of our users, Init Chatkitty takes up to 3 seconds to initialise, and sometimes fails without cause - only error that is thrown is cannot connect to chatkitty. Sometimes the page needs to be refreshed 3x for the messenger to load.
